HELP - TREE - ICON

*This change is optional and is purely for cosmetic purposes.

Windows default icon for a directory is a manila folder.  However you can customize this to anything you like via the use of icon files.

The program comes with a custom icon file called "FTE ICON.ico". This file is saved in the "MEDIA\DEFAULT PICTURES" sub folder in the directory.

You can use this to customize the directory icon so it stands out and is more cosmetically appealing.

*Only do this after the installation process on the unzipped directory.

 

ICON CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Right click on the directory - then select "Properties" (A).
2. Select the "Customize" tab at the top (B).
3. Select the "Change Icon..." option (C).
4. Choose the "Browse..." option (D).

5. Navigate to the "MEDIA\DEFAULT PICTURES" subfolder and select the "FTE ICON.ico" file (E).
6. Select the Icon then choose "OK" (F).
7. Choose "Apply" (G).
8. Then Press "OK" (H).

*You may need to refresh or restart for the change to take place.
