Refund policy

Unfortunately digital file downloads cannot be returned like physical items and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL to prevent against manipulating the system (i.e. Download, Ask for Refund, Still Keep the File)

Ample efforts were taken to convey each product and what technical requirements were needed to properly run the Excel Files.  Be sure to read all the descriptions and FAQ sections before purchasing.

However it is possible that a file may be corrupted or not functioning properly despite meeting the technical requirements.

In that case, best efforts will be made to resolve the issues in a timely manner first before any refunds are issued. 

Any refunds that may be issued are left to the sole discretion of Family TreeXcel based on the facts of the situation.

To start a return or help request, you can contact MIKE at familytreexcel@gmail.com and provide:

  1. NAME
  2. ORDER #
  3. WHAT THE ISSUE/ERROR IS

REFUNDS

If approved, we will let you know ASAP and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
