HELP - TREE - KINSHIP REPORT

The "Kinship" report will show how everyone in your tree is related to the current primary person.  The results are put into an excel table and are displayed in a new excel workbook.

*Relations will only be calculated if they are within 7 generations, up or down, of each other.

 

OPTIONS:

1. CREATE = Click this to generate the kinship report.

 

 

HOW TO READ:

The report will display all the individuals in your tree in an excel table.  The table will be populated in a new excel workbook.

The table is formatted to print automatically but you can edit any of the cells or columns as you wish.

The table has hidden rows that may be accessed to help sort or filter the data if you wish (D).

Most of the table headers are self explanatory except:

• FID = Father's ID (A).
• MID = Mother's ID (B).
• SPID(s) = Spouse IDs (C).

*This new workbook will have no further connection to the Tree workbook.
