HELP - TREE - PROFILE - CUSTOM

The Profile workbook comes with 14 template pages to choose from when you add a new page.

You also can use the "CUSTOM" option to create your own templates.

Custom templates are made in a separate excel workbook called "CUSTOM PROFILES".

*This is a macro-enabled workbook so be sure to enable macros if prompted.

You can add as many templates as you want and these can be accessed in any person's profile workbook under the "CUSTOM" option when adding a new page.

CREATE TEMPLATE:

When you initially open the Custom Profiles workbook you will begin on the "MAIN" worksheet. Do NOT edit this worksheet in anyway.

To add a profile page double click on "NEW" (A). This will add and take you to a new blank worksheet called "TEMP".

1. You can rename the worksheet by right clicking on the tab (E) and choose "Rename".

2. You can edit any of the cells in the range A3:CA52 (A), in white. Merge cells, add borders, font type, fill colors, etc...

*Pictures, shapes, and text boxes will NOT carry over - only edit the cells themselves.

3. When you have the page as you desire be sure to save the file.

4. You can add another template page by double clicking on "New" (B). Then repeat steps 1-3.

*Whenever your finished be sure to save and close the file.

5. At anytime if you want to delete the current template page then double click on "Delete" (C).

6. Double click on "Help" to come to this help webpage.

1. Double click on "NEW" option on the Main or Profile worksheets.

2. Select "CUSTOM" in the list box (A) then press Add (B).  You can also just double click on "CUSTOM".

*You can't use the split page option for custom templates.

3. A new form will open with all the Templates you created (C).

4. Double click on the template you want to load as a new profile page.

5. If you changed your mind click on "CANCEL" (D) to properly close the Custom Profiles workbook. Using the Red X instead will close the form but leave the Custom Profiles workbook open.

*You can access these custom templates in any person's profile workbook once they are created.
